A Chill in the Air is the combination of cranberry and mulling spices will make you want to build a fire, curl up and sip away in this beautiful fall cocktail.
1 x 375ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 x 16 oz Mulling Syrup
2 x cans Owen's Sparkling Cranberry
1 x bag dehydrated pear
Add 1.75 oz. of gin, 1 oz. Mulling syrup and .50 oz. of fresh pressed lime juice into your shaker with ice. Shake and then double strain into Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with 2 oz. of Sparkling Cranberry or fill to brim as desired. Gently stir then garnish with dehydrated pear.
