TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF:
I am the first of my Spanish family to be born in the United States. I was born in Jersey City, NJ but my family moved to Miami, FL when I was one and I have lived here ever since. I love to travel but always look forward to coming home because I think Miami is the best place in the world.

I am currently working with the Miami Dolphins to showcase the food and beverage program, as well as my writing for Eater and Brightline for Virgin Trains USA.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RECIPE YOU HAVE COME UP WITH USING AN ACC PRODUCT? WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND IT?
The Watermelonjito. Miami is so rich with Cuban heritage so mojitos are very popular here. Adding watermelon to a mojito just brings out a more summery and sweeter taste to the original cocktail.

Whenever I eat out, which is very often, I like to recreate my favorite dishes and cocktails for my family and friends every Sunday during our Family Sunday Funday.
