CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT YOUR MOST RECENT PROJECTS?

We have had some amazing partnerships this year with companies like Waterford Crystal, showcasing cocktails in their amazing glassware and Cocktail Kingdom, who has some of the most amazing barware in the business. Of course, we have also worked with amazing boozy companies, such as Quady Winery, Lambay Whiskey, Camus Cognac, Ketel One Vodka, and so many more. Unfortunately, all the travel has been delayed, but I can't wait to get back out there and explore more bars, wineries and distilleries.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RECIPE YOU HAVE COME UP WITH USING AN ACC PRODUCT? WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND IT?

That's a tough one. I have made so many delicious cocktails with ACC. I think my 2 favorites are the Smoky Sidecar with the ACC Spicy Ginger Mule, and the Burnt Breakfast Martini, which uses the ACC Ginger Gershwin. Both recipes can be found on my website: https://www.beautifulbooze.com

WHEN YOU ARE COMING UP WITH NEW DISHES OR DRINKS, DO YOU HAVE A SOURCE(S) FOR INSPIRATION?

My favorite source for inspiration currently is The Diffords Guide, which I have a hard copy of, but they are also online, for when I'm not home. Soon there will be a Beautiful Booze Book for others to use for inspiration at home.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT OR BAR, WHAT DAY OF THE WEEK DO YOU RECOMMEND IT, AND WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE CAN A VISITOR EXPECT?

There are so many, but the first bars that come to mind are Hanky Panky in Mexico City, Bar Mu in Taipei, and Bar Trench in Tokyo. Of course, there are so many more that share the top bar place, but I don't think I can fit them all in here. For any of these bars I think Wednesdays and Thursdays are the best, and as soon as they open you should be there to get a more personal experience with the amazing staff.

WHAT INFO ABOUT COCKTAILS DO MOST PEOPLE MAKING DRINKS AT HOME NOT KNOW THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO THEM?

One thing that blew my mind at the beginning was the use of fresh citrus juice in cocktails. Simply having an elbow juicer and juicing fresh limes, lemons, and whatever else makes a world of difference. This goes for everything really, whenever you have access to fresh products you should use them.

FAVORITE ACC FLAVOR?

Watermelon Mojito
