TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF:
I'm the mixologist behind The Social Sipper – a beverage blog sharing fresh and easy cocktail recipes that are simple enough to make at home. I believe that creating delicious cocktails doesn't have to be complicated or require lots of specialty ingredients. My recipes use ingredients that can usually be found at the grocery store and focus on simple upgrades to your go-to drink order.
I work professionally as a Food Stylist which definitely causes me to focus on aesthetics and presentation. I'm all about upgrading a simple drink with a beautiful garnish!
CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT YOUR MOST RECENT PROJECTS?
I'm currently working on creating resources that help beverage companies and influencers create a beautiful visual brand. Social media has become such an important "first impression" and I'm excited to share some of the strategies that have helped me grow The Social Sipper.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RECIPE YOU HAVE COME UP WITH USING AN ACC PRODUCT? WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND IT?
Peach Fizz! The Georgia Peach Fruit Blend pairs so perfectly with gin, creating a bright, refreshing cocktail that is perfect for spring and summer sipping.
WHEN YOU ARE COMING UP WITH NEW DISHES OR DRINKS, DO YOU HAVE A SOURCE(S) FOR INSPIRATION?
I draw inspiration from fellow food and cocktail bloggers, my favorite bar menus, seasonal produce and flavor combinations found in different cuisines. I'm looking for inspiration all the time!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT OR BAR, WHAT DAY OF THE WEEK DO YOU RECOMMEND IT, AND WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE CAN A VISITOR EXPECT?
Honestly, I'm more likely to be sipping on a cocktail in my PJs at home than at a bar! However, there are some amazing cocktails to be had in San Diego. Some of my favorite places are You & Yours Distilling Co., Hundred Proof and Raised by Wolves. You can expect beautiful and meticulously prepared drinks at all 3!
WHAT INFO ABOUT COCKTAILS DO MOST PEOPLE MAKING DRINKS AT HOME NOT KNOW THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO THEM?
You don't need tons of expensive bottles or equipment to create amazing cocktails at home! Start with a classic cocktail recipe and add some fresh produce or an AJC Fruit Blend. A smash or gimlet are both great cocktails to use as starting point.
FAVORITE ACC FLAVOR?

WHAT TRENDS (EITHER LOCAL OR INDUSTRYWIDE) ARE YOU NOTICING TAKING SHAPE AND HOW?
I'm excited to see lots of low or no-ABV cocktails recipes on blogs and bar menus. Though I obviously love enjoying a cocktail, there are many times that I want to have the experience of sipping on something complex and beautiful without the buzz.
